Our Culture
RMP Advisors LLP is an independent accounting firm which allows the local Partners to oversee the operations to best manage our people and provide services to our clients. Our Partners and Managers take the time to understand our clients, their goals and their challenges to ensure we can assist them in all their accounting, tax and advisory needs. We take a team approach to servicing our clients by involving team members with the proper level of experience and expertise, sharing expertise and collaborating. We foster the development of our team members through training and on the file experience from working on clients in a wide spectrum of industries and service areas. We give back to our community through our involvement with not-for profit organizations as board members or committee members and by sponsoring and attending events.
Our History
Founded in 1983, RMP Advisors LLP (formerly Roth Mosey & Partners LLP) has grown to become the largest independent accounting firm in Southwestern Ontario, with 10 partners and over 60 team members. Our experienced and responsive professionals provide a full complement of public accounting and consulting services focused on delivering practical solutions for clients with operations across Canada, the United States, and the World.
